I was a stand-up comedian for 4 years and actually experienced some success. I had the opportunity to play clubs in NC, SC, NY, Vegas, Md & D.C. until my Fathers health forced me to move back to my home state where there isn't a comedy club within 150 miles. He recovered and as a thank you he has quit speaking to me & completely disowned me.
Now I work in the glamorous field of sanitary engineering & higher education... I'm a janitor at PSU.
Oh yeah and thanks to the ex I was forced to leave in NC when I moved back home, I was audited by the IRS and am being forced to pay over 6 large... If I haven't ever thanked god for my own personal utopia then please allow me to take this opportunity to do so.
