Love/Hate is the portfolio of Filmmaker and Art Director Ben Olson. After receiving his MFA in Film and Video from Columbia College Chicago Ben relocated to Brooklyn, New York in 2010. With over a dozen short films and documentaries under his belt, Ben was nominated as one of the top 25 Filmmakers on campus by MTVU in both 2007 and 2008. His films have been broadcast worldwide and featured in film festivals throughout the country. Ben recently received an Award of Merit from the Accolade Competition for Phantom Pants, the first episode of his television series Domestically Challenged. In addition to independent projects Ben has had the honor of working for Vice Magazine, MTV, Ghost Robot, Rand McNally, Chicago Humanities Festival and Busy Beaver Button Company.
