Kathryn Borel

Kathryn Borel is a writer and sometimes a producer. Her book Corked: A Memoir was a finalist for the 2010 Stephen Leacock Memorial Medal for Humour and chosen as one of the best books of 2009 by The National Post, Quill & Quire and Eye Weekly. She was one of the founding producers for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s top-rated radio show Q, and stayed there for three good years. She also helped develop CBC’s Day Six with Brent Bambury. Both shows are national arts and culture programs.
