I'm a producer, director that has over 25 years in this industry. A lot of people come up to me and ask if they can work on one of my shows. I ask what have they done before and it is usually nothing. I ask if they went to school for their talent. The answer again is usually "no". There is no way I would be able to hire them. I love their passion but what could I do?
Then it hit me. I'll start a MeetUp group that is based around making B movies. Anyone can join and do anything they have a passion to do. It is growing like crazy. The Vancouver B Movie Factory is open for business.
This is the place ware B movies are made. Do you love to wright or shoot or act or sing or dance or capture sound or do make up or do hair or create costumes or make music or be a part of creating something from nothing? If you said yes to any of these things then the Vancouver B Movie Factory family would love to have you. The movies are always crap but the fun is making the movie. Our motto is "If you are not having fun, don't do it". Oh ya, we do have fun. A little to much some times. As you can see from our videos.
