I have no problem poking fun at most adults, I'm all about the snark as long as it's done in a good-natured way. But I fail to see anything remotely humorous about the comments many FOD members are leaving regarding this video. For those of you that assume this boy is overweight because he enjoys too many fast food meals or his parents suck, here's a little bit of background.

His name is Job McCully and he is 10-years-old. His family will be featured on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition this Sunday, Oct. 26. This child has been fighting for his life, going through things that most of you can't even imagine, for years now. Leukemia and the treatment for it ravaged his little body. Eventually he had to have a double lung transplant. He has developed diabetes as a result of the drugs. He has gained weight and is swollen and "puffy" due to steroids and other lifesaving drugs. He has had complications and infections and viruses and uncountable additional issues that have kept him in and out of hospitals for six years. So. Still getting that serial killer vibe, jaegertc? Still think he's creepy, MattMcLaughlin? Still want to compare him to obese celebrities, harrychong and hilge? I swear, somedays I think humanity isn't worth saving anymore. What ever happened to kindness? To compassion? To giving people the benefit of the doubt?
