First of all, someone who cannot even spell the name of your city shouldn’t be speaking for “most of the world”. Your town is spelled either Nuremberg or Nürnberg. I’ve been there. For the record, my sister doesn’t care much for most of the marines either. There are over 723 documented cases of rape WITHIN the military in the middle east in the last 6 years. She signed up a week after 9/11 for what she thought was doing her part to protect our country. She and the less than 3% of females that make up the marines are more fearful of the men on our side than the men, women, and children strapped with explosives. (They don’t need marines to do that for them.) It doesn’t help that she looks like me so guys either think she is me or she is like me. I am extremely worried for her safety. I come from 3 generations of military and let me tell you, many of my cousins have a very hard time serving under a president who didn’t have the honor to show up to his own duty. By and large, most of my cousins CURRENTLY in the army, air guard, navy, and marines feel pretty crummy to find they are working for an idiot with a deadly combination of self-serving ambition and good connections. I have a right to worry about who I want without someone telling me how to feel just as your right to say what you think was earned in battles in the past by soldiers and yes, MARINES brave enough to serve during time of war. As everything unfolds, this is not turning out to be one of those wars fighting tyranny or for an honorable cause unfortunately and very many like my sister realized this too late. Most are honoring their contracts and making the best out of a thankless war. DON’T YOU DARE tell me I can’t worry about my sister, with your half-a** collection of misspelled statistics. Oh, and “ellipses”—look it up. Absolutely I agree with you! Thats why I made this film “Black Inside.” Because the stereotypes are just ridiculous. My wife is white and my father in law doesnt speak to us because she married a black guy. ANd I made this to show that what we eat drink and how we dress doesnt make us WHITE or BlACK and not all whites and blacks are a certain way. So I am glad you got the underlying message and hopefully people wontuse color to define a person.
