For the claws we just cut them out of thin sheet metal with tabs on the ends and base so they would be able to fit together 3d, kind of like some paper cut-out things. Then we just riveted them together.

They don’t close or anything, but they do look pretty cool.

I can’t find my pictures from when we built the thing, but if i do I’ll let you know.
