imovie has the same export components as quicktime. It’s just a matter of using the proper settings. The export to CD-ROM quality is okay but it’s better if you go into expert settings and mess around with the options until you find one you like. It’s all about experimenting!

No, it was shot with a normal video camera. When I compressed the video, it came out all pixelized and I don’t know why. I’m going to fix it soon. There is a longer version on my friend JJ Robb’s page I think. This one is of better quality because he compressed it himself. Your video is really funny by the way.
