JAMES FINLAYSON worked with Laurel and Hardy in 35 films, Mack Sennett, Hal Roach, Charley Chase, Our Gang, and Ben Turpin. He was one of the original Keystone Cops. He did a double-take fade away and said "DOH!", which Homer Simpson uses.
If you're serious about comedy, you gotta know Ernie Kovacs.

Mitch Hedberg was hilariously funny. His mind was amazing, and his timing was like....Christopher Walken. Mitch was the Christopher Walken of comedy.
