Female Producers, Writers, and Talent

I’m starting a new website called funnynotslutty.com.

It’s to feature female Producers, Writers and Talent in female oriented comedy. There is so much male oriented stuff out there to weed through to get those nuggets of chick humor, I want to have funny chicks in one place. The name “Funny not Slutty” refers to the fact that a site full of women is often slutty, but we are not, we’re FUNNY.

Contact me if you would like to make a submission of a funny written article, excerpt from a play or script you wrote, or a video link I can embed with a short bio that can have a link to your webpage and a photo of you if you like.

I will not have a lot of viewers at first, but most featured articles will be moved to archives and can still be viewed at a later date as the viewing audience get bigger.

No pay for publishing your content, just networking and publicity.

May I review the applications that were rejected for being too slutty? Ithink they have a site for funny not slutty women…see weightwatchers.com

Seeing as the whole premise of “funnyordie” is that you choose between “funny” or “die” , I’m thinking the name “funny” and “not slutty” might not transfer as well as you’d hoped.

Ya, but if you look at the site, that would squelch any reservations about being puritanical. But I was afraid of attracting the wrong kinds of google ads, but the ads in the Ning seem to be on target, not X rated.
