Looking for someone who can help make a short video

I had an idea for a commercial, but I need a short video and I have no equipment or talent for that. Looking for someone who will partner the other half of this idea and split the 40k offered. Feedback from the promoters of this company liked the idea so much they pushed for this to be done quickly. Anyone who can help or interested let me know. ~rain
