How to "tag" other users in credits?

Hello all,

My apologies if this is a repeat question, but I’m curious to know how one “tags” other users in the credit box of a video. On celebrity videos, actors, producers, directors, etc. usually have a credit for the video which displays his/her picture and the title of his/her credit. Just wanted to know if there’s some type of html code that needs to be entered to have the credits appear that way. Thank you in advance.
