I thought something was strange lately too. My Cousin informed me that this website was for Untapped talent as well as Celebrity talent, Their picks dont really matter to me though, its their own opinions.

I’ve been a huge fan of this site since the beginning, I log on at least once a day to get a laugh and I’ve told every friend and basically anyone with a computer to come check this out, it’s better than anything on the web. I don’t have time to make or download any videos and you can vote on your favorites so there was no reason to become an “official” member TILL TODAY, in order to post on this forum. Is it just me or has this site officially become just another LAME, CORPORATE, HOLLYWOOD charmin commercial for these guys movies?? This months favorite “Picks” by Farrell and the gang made me want to ELVIS my computer screen (that means shoot it with a 357 magnum) , are you guys smoken Meth? Or are you bored with this website now and just don’t give a shit? Cause it’s obvious all of you are just phoning it in. Take Will”s pick this week. Now saying what a great comedian I think Will is goes without saying, it’s a given but he picks Everyday normal Rap?? You’re shitting me right? The only thing good about that video was it WASN’T the high five video which was so foul and unfunny, it’s only real value was making the case for selective breeding or euthanasia? Two of the ex village people coming up with a reason to touch each other in public was the funniest thing on this site? Not even close! Adams pick, Bride has Massive hair wig out? 6:00 painful minutes of my life I can never get back, YOU obviously don’t give a shit. Chris Henely, picks a Ricky Gervais skit, ok Ricky was funny, he needed to cut that bloated piece from 8mins down to 3mins but this is the example of the corporate plugging crap that I see this website quickly becoming. Dude we all know about Ricky’s shit, he’s a big star, I think we all have come across an episode or 2 off the “office” it’s in every video store in the @##@ universe he doesn’t need a plug from you. An Judd Apatow, this hurt the most, i’ve been a huge fan of Judd’s since “Undeclared” and I will honestly say he is single handedly the best thing to happen to comedies since Animal House. 40yr old, knocked up, super bad, all showing lame ass hollywood that the majority want and will pay for more than just the PG-13 crap that we’ve been force fed for the last decade. So I was “PUMPED” when it was announced he was coming on board. I assumed he would be making or at least bringing to our attention NEW, unknown, up and coming people with talent. But what do we get??? A @$$W@ plug for his new movie! Has all the recent success made Judd become just another hollywood asshole? Please say it ain’t so. But if that’s all your gonna bring to the table Judd don’t bother, if I just wanted to watch one of your trailers I’d turn on my TV set. Which brings us to FOD teams “life brite” which was the best one of the bunch but only because it wasted only :43 seconds of my life instead of Chrise’s 8mins!! Bottom line: Do you guys even look at your own website???, Everybody right now, go right THIS MINUTE to ANY channell, hell you don’t even have to use the search engine, just ever so slightly turn your head left and look at the Hot right now section…in Animation: “Jacked up the Movie”, “Save Virgil” both funnier than any of the crap you selected, In the Clean Comedy section:....shit it doesn’t even matter go to ANY of the channells and any of the videos just in the hot right now section ALONE are funnier than your “picks” Your mission statement says “Eliminate all the JUNK people have to pick through to FIND funny videos” Shit!!! That was true in the beginning but NOW your actually promoting the Junk. Am I wrong, come on all you members let me know what you think? Has this site just become a free place for Will and his peeps to shamelessly plug their latest wares? What do you want? A place where you can find the new FUNNY talent? Or just one big website that plays hollywood trailers? I’m curious to know what you think?

couple things… where are you seeing 100 trailers for movies all over the site? it certainly has not been TAKEN OVER by trailers. there are some from judd and will but that’s normal.

will’s pick of everyday normal guy is one of the most popular videos on the site. that dude is blowing up from it. and high five was a huge video!!! sorry if you don’t like them, but damn – your argument is kind of stupid.

i couldn’t read that whole rant, i stopped at someone dissing high five. but i will say – we like to promote movies that our bosses make because they are funny, but 99% of our editorial content is NOT movie trailers, it is original content from up and coming comedians like jon lajoie.

honestly, no one at fod phones it in except for bryan.

and it really doesn’t get any more everyday normal guy than lajoie

i like to divide my body into thirds- mystic tan, constantly clothed skin and burnt from natural sunlight. i’ve kinda got a neapolitan thing going on.
