Does FOD blackball its Members???

I was told by a friend of mine that Funny or Die actually blocks some of its members from getting on ‘Hot Right Now’. Is this true?

I was told that there have been videos that received over 1000 views in less than 24 hours and were never on ‘Hot Right Now’. Is this true?

I was told that the entire system of voting on FOD is set up perfectly for cheating, even so far that the actual staff of FOD boosts the numbers of its own exclusive videos. Is this true?

I understand why FOD would cheat its numbers to get more advertising money. That makes sense. I would butt rape/ripoff advertisers anyway I could. But I don’t understand why FOD would blackball its members. That’s just not right. THE FOD STAFF SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO TELL MEMBERS THAT THEY’VE BEEN BANNED FROM ‘HOT RIGHT NOW’.
