Jimmy says: Back in the day we old timers would paste the keywords from the front page to get tagged along and get some of those hits. Well, I was the one made an example of and they took my commenting abilities away. After a week of hub bub, they restored me. So, I did those 2 Super Semi Bad overacting bits with keywords in them so it would be legal. Well, they didn’t like that either. They erased the keywords in those 2 ,twice and I kept putting them back. So, they took my speech away again??? F those cliquey lil’ nobodies…I can still post vids!!! Thanks for the support… Jimmy
If I may be pedantic I don’t think censorship is the correct term to describe the “punishment” being placed on JDC, the use of the word censorship implies that its in the interest of FOD to suppress JDC’s content because its objectionable to their considerably high standards or that what he has said or will potentially say will be damaging to them, I mean he may have a beard and long hair but if we’re all being honest he’s no Che Guevara….his content is mildly amusing and I think that he’ll be the 1st to agree that when its made it is never his intent to offend or attempt to topple or to challenge the authority of FOD, but what he has doen is break one of the rules of FOD, and whats happening to him now is not censorship, its a punishment, he has had his commenting ability revoked, if you want to put a big word or a label on it (as some of you seem to – hence censorship) then try commenting embargo or a concept that most Americans will be familiar with prohibition…he is being prohibited from commenting…he is not bing censored.
What I would say is that it does seem awfully harsh given the amount of people who abuse the website in this way, there may be others who have been prohibited from commenting because of this very same offense but they may not be as popular as Jimmy is and have no one to speak on their behalf, what needs to be clarified is for how long Jimmy is gonna be subject to the comment embargo so that in the future people who do break the rules know what the sanctions will be…..

Yeah, what can I say, we’re rebels. The Super Semi Bad vids were just poking fun at that whole thing. I mean isn’t that what comedy is about? Anyway, Jimmy isn’t the only one who grabs featured keywords and paste them to their tags, others have done that as well. Maybe it’s a glitch and we’re just reading it wrong, but this is the second time. The first time, I was included in that, because I think they thought I was Jimmy too. I don’t know, the whole thing is weird. I’m sure there are others who have been silenced as well. It’s like the Matrix man! They have all been sealed up in a nap pod somewhere.
right. how is what jimmy did hurting ANYBODY’s interests? and we all know that jimmy’s standard of quality is MUCH higher than most of the comedy that comes out of FOD, so balls to that. and that they just fucked with felonland because he’s connected to them. it’s like the SS!...ok, that was REALLY over dramatic. but tell me you didn’t laugh at it…c’mon you can admit it. look, if all he did was grab a keyword and he got silenced/punished/censored, whatever you wanna call it, if that’s all he did, then everyone who posts a vid has probably broken that rule and the people who get punished are either getting ratted out by other users that don’t like them, or something more random. i’m too cynical to think it’s random.
