I was raised to be a good, God-fearing Mexican boy. I do my best. What I love most is to play and sing songs in Spanish. I haven't been able to make a living at it yet, so I still work my 8 jobs and play music on the side. If I had to name a moment in my life that made me who I am, it was probably my 10th birthday. That was the day that La Virgen de Guadalupe appeared to me. On my way home from school, in the Spring Fashions Window of the Neiman Marcus Department store on Wilshire Blvd., blessing me with the Gift of Many Voices. I harmonize with myself! The other big moment was when I became an orphan, at 3 months old. But other than that, I'm just your average Mexican guy from Beverly Hills.
