Universal has already purchased the rights to this. It’s going to be retitled “Hip-Hopper” and will star 50 Cent as the title character, Jessica Alba as the love interest, Dennis Hopper as the father (step-father, actually) and Morgan Freeman as the nemesis. Michael Bay will direct. They’re also simultaneously shooting three sequels. Each movie is going to be three hours long (four in the director’s cut). It will own the next four summers, guaranteed.
