well, there's really no criteria, but here's some things that would help get your video chosen:
1) the shorter the better
2) able to appeal to a larger audience--> parodies/satires with references to pop culture, politics, sports, history, music, ect...
3) above a 4.0 rating
4) unique in some way, shape, or form
