EL PRIVATES's Blog: Breaking News: El Privates Icelandic Tour Ends On a Sour Note
The rumors are true. While on tour in Iceland, promoting their groundbreaking self titled album (available in retail stores and online), El Privates plane vanished from the radar and nothing has been found since. The events turned from a search and rescue, to a search and recovery late this morning. When contacted for comment they could not be reached. Hopefully with time El Privates will be mentioned in the same breath as other deceased musicians such as Elvis, Lennon, Ray Charles, and John Cougar. Their latest single, "Morning Mahogany", was set to debut later this month.

Turns out we didn’t die at all. Our password was stolen by Iranian terrorists looking to upset our massive Icelandic fanbase by posting an untrue event. Well, you have to admit…those Iranians are certainly capable of a witty and completely spell-checked hoax. Hopefully none of our fans committed group suicide after news of our demise spread.

I heard they survived the crash but ate each others feet due to starvation and now theyre footloose…hahaha….what?
Now I have to buy all their music and say I’ve been a huge fan for years.
