No longer content with exporting jobs to other countries, IBM decides to export workers:

IBM will offer financial and visa assistance should you decide to accept a job in one of their "growth markets" and, should you accept one of their jobs, you will be compensated with the prevailing wage of the "growth market" where you are working.  In other words, you could end up be paid in rice.
