I got this e-mail from a relative.  This is the actual text...

How are things going in your neck of the woods?  I spent the weekend in bed.  Today I went to work, threw up in a waste basket, peed my pants and barely made it home before I pooped my pants.  What a day!

Hope your day is going better.
