CARNey-LASAGNA
This stuff is crazy.
Your going to need this.
40 oz. Of chillie, I use hormell, you can use bush, stag, 4 alarm, doesn't matter.
two 20 oz. cans of tamales, the kind wrapped in paper.
a little less than 1/2 a box of velveta
1/2 a small onion diced
2 or three halipenjo peppers(up to you ballsy wallsy.)
Tater tots.
In a big cassaroll dish, lay down a layer of Tater tots
on top of that layer the unwrapped tamales
on top of that pour 40 oz. of chillie, smear it around
on top of that sprinkle the Halipenjos and onions
top with slices of velveta.
Put it in the oven on  425 about 45 mins, or untill it looks like its going to climb out.
I estimate the caloric count to be around two thousand calories per bite.
If you eat this you are going be shitting a carney tommorow, but its good, munchi good. It  has that carnival quality sin food feeling, thats why I call it the Carney Lasagna. Perfect for snowmobiling and has the stick to your ribs quality that you can only get from Highballing lard.
