Jim Henson’s Muppet Babies was a Saturday-morning staple from 1984–1991. And while we enjoyed them when they were on, we sadly never got a chance to see them grown up.
Until now. Here’s an imagined look at the Muppet Babies AS ADULTS.
Kermit, the first openly gay Muppet Baby (aside from Fozzie, Animal, Rowlf, Gonzo, and Beeker) happily lives on Nantucket with his boyfriend, Jean-Toad. He doesn’t like taking about his nursery days but if you’re desperate to see him, they run a souvenir shop on the island.
After leaving the nursery, Piggy legally emancipated herself and moved to Hollywood. She scored a bit part on Melrose Place but had to do some stuff she wasn’t proud of to get it. She’s also in Maxim this month but it’s kinda more sad than hot.
Scooter and Skeeter
If you’re wondering whether this brother and sister finally ever fucked, the answer is YES. And it wasn’t a one-time thing. They’re still together and have a child who’s, like, pretty OK for the most part but not 100% normal.

This jokester’s still makin’ ‘em laugh but now it’s while doing eight shows a week at Barnum & Bailey’s circus. He tries to convince himself he’s happy but, let’s be real, those animals are basically slaves. Every night he tapes a seat off for Nanny but she’s never once shown up.
Maybe he looks like this now? I don’t know … I’m not a great artist. Sorry, guys. But in my mind he sorta looks like this. This is a bad drawing. He probably looks nothing like this. I apologize.
Gonzo has spent the last 15 years in prison for the murder of his girlfriend, Hae Min Lee. He maintains his innocence and due to the success of a 12-part podcast delving into his case, he was recently granted an appeal.
Nanny left the nursery and eventually won the 2007 Best Actress Oscar for The Queen. She turns 70 in July and still looks INCREDIBLE.
