This week models are strutting down the runway in the latest fashion. While the clothes of course look perfect on them, what about the other 99.99% of us who don’t resemble Greek gods and goddesses? For instance, how can Plain Jane ever believe she’ll rock a skintight Gucci dress after seeing Gisele in it? Tall order, which means she might not buy it, which means lost revenue for Gucci. Solution? Lower expectations: Don’t have the top .01% in terms of beauty be models; get the bottom .01%. In other words, hire monkeys. How could anyone not look at a simian in Prada or Versace and think, “I’d look better in it”? What are your ideas?
