So, let me get this straight.

I get royally screwed over by an ebayer who bids on my item and wins, then doesn't make payment and doesn't respond to my invoices or messages. So finally, I end up having to file a report then wait 8 days for the buyer to respond, which they don't, then I get a final value credit and they get an unpaid item strike which doesn't effect their feedback rating OR their profile. So what you're saying is, no one else can see they screwed me over.

Oh, I can't leave them negative feedback either?

So, they get away with murder while I loose out on cash?
