genie saves bp

 a genie that is very powerful, but has one slight problem. he has short term memory loss. so every time someone rubs his lamp, he is forced to grant three wishes.  when the person demands for their their wishes he cannot remember them and would hilariously grant them something totally wrong and stupid. this could be used as a parody on the bp oil crisis, and how the genie has to help bp clean up the oil and make everything better again.  As the bp executive explains the detailed description of each process of how to cap the leak, the genie has too much to handle.  The bp executive makes it even worse by telling the genie about the static kill and different types of drilling and why they are really bad at fixing holes, that type of gag.
