This is definitely a game-changer.

The fashion industry has long been notorious for promoting unhealthy and unattainable beauty standards.

However in recent years, consumers are starting to fight back and demand more ‘real’ and un-photoshopped models in advertisements. And for one fashion titan, those voices have been heard.

Ready to have your day made?

Gucci, the famous Italian luxury brand, will no longer be using photoshop on models in its advertising. Instead, it will only use perfect models who don’t need any photoshop assistance in the first place!

OK, stop, this is seriously amazing.

“This is a historic moment for the entire fashion industry,” said Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri. “Photoshop is out. But natural perfection is in!”

Bizzari went on to make a big admission.

“Honestly, plenty of our models have only been decent-looking in real life before our graphic designers worked their magic on them,” he confessed. “But now, we vow to only use the finest physical specimens on earth who couldn’t be digitally improved if you tried.”

“So when you see our ads going forward, know that every glass-cutting jawline, every set of delicious, ripped abs, and every pair of smooth, endlessly long legs belonged to those models all along,” Bizzari promised. “No one short of human gods and goddesses will represent Gucci now!”

Forgive us for gushing, but this is absolutely incredible. We’re so glad Gucci will be ditching photoshop and only using perfect models who don’t need it instead. This will do wonders for body image issues for little girls and boys across the world.

Hey, other companies, it’s on you now to follow suit. Our pocketbooks will be watching!
