I like to cook so I decided to start a recipe of the week.
This weeks recipe is....
2 lbs. of ground beef
1 onion
1 small can of lima beans
2 8oz. cans of VEG-ALL or 1 large can of veg-all
tomato juice.
salt and pepper to taste.
 chop the onion and in a large pot brown the ground beef with the onion in it.
after browning drain fat ( fat is the #1 reason for heart burn, well drained meat reduces the risk of heart burn greatly.)
return to pan and add the lima beans and veg-all including juices, I know some of you are saying;"Grizz, I only eat fresh veggies." I know your type and I'd like to respond by saying, the cocain you were sniffing up your nose friday night off the back of the toilet at the bar spent three days traversing the countryside duct taped to an illegal alien's nut sack, but you didn't to seem to have any freshness issues with that, you even thanked the man. Now with that said, cover the meat  and veggies with the tomato juice and stir. Salt and pepper to taste,heat to a nice steamy gurgle and serve. I like this with cornbread or grilled cheese and untill recently peanut butter sandwiches toasted dry. Great for a cold winter day and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, oh and did I mention, its fast.
