Jack Records/Warner Bros. Records Comedian Larry The Cable Guy invites his fans to the ultimate party on Tuesday, Sept. 22when he releases his new CD, Tailgate Party. Recorded before 50,000 fans at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, NE during Independence Day weekend, the appearance – the first ever at Memorial Stadium by a comedian – was in conjunction with The City Of Lincoln’s 2-day event, “Uncle Sam Jam.”
The special will also air in early 2010 on Comedy Central and will be available on DVD shortly after. In a first for Larry The Cable Guy, immediately following the event, stadium attendees could purchase a digital download of the show (with a collectible LTCG laminate). Larry The Cable Guy released his first album on Warner Bros. Records, A Very Larry Christmas in 2004 and went on to release The Right To Bear Arms in 2005 and Morning Constitutions in 2007.
