Firstly, a big thanks to those who contributed to my Facebook problem. I have since ignored and blocked the user in question! Everyone I asked had the exact same opinion.

On Friday, I got a letter from the place that the insurance company contacted about the water damage caused after the radiator burst. They had got my phone number wrong see, so they couldn't contact me. And, after a painful conversation with the woman on the other end of the phone (she was a ditz) I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. So, that was last Friday at around 10.30am. And on 3.47pm on Tuesday, they still hadn't called me.

Yesterday morning I got another letter from the company who were suposed to call me within 24 hours last Friday. They are saying they haven't been able to contact me.

HOW???? I specifically gave the woman on the phone (the ditz) my correct phone number as they had the wrong sodding one to begin with, so how the fuck can they NOT be able to contact me?

After all this, a loss adjuster is coming round this Friday to assess the damage. That's 3 weeks after the incident occured!

And then..........

I checked my bank account because I knew that I was going to have to replace some cash this month as I knew I was going to go slightly overdrawn. So, I log in, and notice that I am overdrawn by a whopping £103.00 (I have a £100 overdraft, so it was actually £3.00 overdrawn OVER my overdraft, and you get charged for that) So, after my initial internal screaming was loud enough to be heard in Bombay, I then click on my bank account to see what the hell was going on, only to see 4 transactions made to my account. 2 for £25.00, 1 for £15.00 and 1 for £10.00 to Vodafone, who are a mobile phone company, and who I have no connection with. So, in brief, some fucker somewhere has my card details and has been using them to top up their mobile phone using my bank account!

I called my bank right away (thank god for 24 hour banking!) and spoke to a really nice lady who has stopped my card, filed a fraud report and advised me that I should go to the police and get a crime number, she also informed me that I can call back during normal office hours in order to find out what date and time these transactions were made.

I can't believe all these things keep happening to me!

WTF is going on???

Through all of this, I have somehow managed to keep my head (as well as my sense of humour) and have been able to concentrate through rehearsals for a play I'm in, which opens this Saturday. I don't know how I do it!
