Phil Golinsky, chiropractor, specializes in the Upper Cervical Specific technique of chiropractic. This is a technique that is more effective in producing health and healing benefits but is difficult to practice. Few chiropractors use it in their practice.

From his chiropractic student days at the Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia, Philip Golinsky had been focused on mastering the upper cervical techniques. And when an opportunity for a larger scale application of the technique presented itself, Dr. Golinsky and 17 other doctors and students traveled to Moldovia in Russia. The group performed upper cervical adjustments for over 39,000 people over a two-week period.

Dr. Golinsky still practices the upper cervical techniques, and also does Cranial-Sacral work where necessary, to help patients on their road to recovery. He is dedicated to serving families and most of his patients are children below 16 years of age. He has been practicing in North Virginia after being awarded the Doctor of Chiropractic degree by the Life Chiropractic College in 1995.

Dr. Golinsky has been writing on health and healing since 1996 and the numerous articles he has written has appeared in professional publications. He is a past President of the Northern Virginia Chiropractic Society and a current member of the Federation of Straight Chiropractic Organization.

Born in New York City and brought up on Long Island, New York, Philip D. Golinsky had his undergraduate education at the State University of New York, Oneonta. He lives now at Reston, Virginia with his wife Ivette Retrey-Golinsky and two daughters.
