So, having sought delicious goo all my young life, I fell upon the Red Arrow diner in Manchester New Hampshire, sat on a lovely spinnable red stool, ogled the grand array of photos of celebrities with the chef's and pondered, "If it's made out of bison (delicious, succulent and juicy bison) do you still call it a HAMburger?"
