Garbage Vortex Off Pacific Ocean: The New Brooklyn?
The massive trash vortex composed mostly of toxic sludge, scrap plastics and general debris off the coast of California is, in my opinion one of the most undervalued properties in America. I think it is poised become the newest residential hot spot for trendy musicians and stay-at-home daughters.
The garbage vortex features ample outdoor space, artisan bagel shops, and ducks whose insides are filled with soda cans. Proprietors of the miles -wide trash heap, a result of chronic wastefulness and contemptuous treatment of out natural environment promise to build 400 single and multifamily units in the next year, all just a 20 minute train ride from Manhattan!
I can smell the hot garbage from here.
