When you think about it, summer camp is really all about growing up, right? It’s also all about being outside, and arts & crafts, and first kisses, and campfires, and swimming, and no parents, and rock & roll, and lots of bugs, but definitely growing up is one of the things that camp is really all about.

Last weekend Netflix posted all of its new series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day Of Camp, and Michael Ian Black went on Late Night to talk about reuniting with the original Wet Hot cast, who’ve all grown up and are mostly in their forties now, but came back to play teen camp counselors once again. And isn’t that—people in their 40s playing teens—what camp really is all about?
