In light of recent commercials voiceovers using Nick Offerman posers to sell products, the real Offerman agrees to sell his real, one-of-a-kind voice.

Even without his famous Ron Swanson™ mustache, Nick Offerman remains highly identifiable by his one-of-a-kind voice. Still, Offerman has an issue that he explained to Conan yesterday: commercials are ripping off that signature Offerman voice(TM???) and using voiceovers by unlicensed Nick Offerman impressionists to sell tractors, chips, and more.

On Conan, Nick Offerman fights back, debuting his commercial for Nick Offerman’s Genuine Voice(probably TM! I don’t know how trademarks work). Offerman offers (ha!) a list of products his voice might sell, but what that voice sells isn’t that important. What’s important is that it’s the real voice, not some sick imposter.
