Legalizing prostitution in california

ok, i need ideas peoples, i have a term paper, in which we're going to be debating in front of class. and my group is "yes" the topic is "should prostitution be legalized in california" and i came up with the creative idea that we should make a commercial, kinda like a campaign ad.. i dunno... i need ideas, (slightly appropriate) kinda on a low budget, but yeah... much appreciated
