We went down to Austin and took over Voodoo Doughnut for a Happy Hour event. Here’s all the dirty details.
CHIPS turned Voodoo Doughnut into “The D-Hole” all weekend. If you think we’d miss a chance to invite fans to our D-Hole, you don’t know us at all.
All drinks were free, not to mention topped with a Voodoo original doughnut, and CHIPS street team officers policed the party to let people know they had the right to remain sloshed.
Did we mention the cops were hot? And that they danced?
BOSCO’s GIFcam was there to capture things we’d rather forget.
And of course, doughnuts. Doughnuts everywhere. Including CHIPS’ special “Naughty Nightstick,” “Long John Baker,” and the “D-Hole Delight” (the only time in history a D-Hole has brought anyone delight).
With lines down the street to get into the packed venue, fans who waited were treated to swag from the hot cops.
Trust us, this D-Hole was worth the wait. Would we send you to a bad D-Hole?
What a night! Now go see CHIPS starring Dax Shepard and Michael Peña on March 24th! Seriously, go see it. Don’t be a D-Hole.
