I got a ticket today from the Ohio State Highway Patrol. I was going underneath a bridge and I saw some kids throw something off the bridge and I had to swerve to miss whatever they threw down. This caught the eye of the trooper and he pulled me over. I explained to the officer what happened and he backed up to investigate under the bridge. When he came back to my truck he explained that there were tacks all over the road from the youths. Also he said he still had to give me a ticket!! I asked for what!! He said for tacks evasion.
