One IP address per caption -- DEFINITELY. I don't see how that could possibly be a bad thing. I don't comment on the captions here any more after I got on someone's bad side, who inturn proceeded to give 4 or 5 of my captions over 50 funny votes each to make me look like a cheater... I love making up captions, but it's no fun here really.

@CreamcheeseCake... OMG I'm not freekin blind. I know what I've seen for cryin out loud. You may vote for Siasneezer but you make plenty sure that your captions start out with five or six votes right off the bat... and then you keep going. I've seen it with my own eyes cheesy.

@CreamcheeseCake... I'm talking all funnies and no dies in a matter of a minute or two... like 6/0 in a minute... I've been watching this for awhile now. And even admitting that your giving yourself votes to offset some "douche" is telling enough... this "douche" is probably tired of what I and everyone else is tire of.
