I recently upgraded my mother-in-law to Windows Vista. A few days later a local radio station put an ad out that they were looking for suggestions on who to prank. I wrote them explaining the recent upgrade and they should act as representatives of Microsoft. Here's what we got... or well, I got it afterwards!
